·        Responsible for writing and submitting new and renewed grants
·        Responsible for ensuring that all grant report information is gathered and submitted per grant requirements
·        Supports, communicates, develops, plans and coordinates services and programs with appropriate personnel
·        Ensures programmatic resource planning in alignment with the mission
·        Provides direction and consultation regarding victim outreach strategies to appropriate personnel
·        Ensures and monitors program and service performance
·        Maintains and customizes client database to ensure data collections is meeting the needs of the agency and grants
·        Provides program and service recommendations based upon assessments
·        Identifies, initiates and leads program and service excellence
·        Oversees grant seeking in coordination with the executive director
·        Ensures that the executive director is kept informed of relevant information on programs and services
·        Assigns public education and speaking events to appropriate personnel
·        Coordinates, communicates and assists with implementation of awareness events with appropriate personnel
·        Is responsible for responding to formal grievance and complaint issues of clients regarding service issues
·        Ensures onboarding advocacy training for appropriate personnel
·        Models non-violent conflict resolution and uses non-violent forms of guidance that are culturally sensitive and non-judgmental
·        Promptly addresses difficulties or problems that arise per agency protocol
·        Maintains a clean office and communal space
·        Attends and participates in full team meetings, outreach meetings, leadership meetings and weekly meetings with the executive director
·        Is present at functions and fundraisers of the organization
·        Assists with ensuring the spend down of grant money
