About dbAchieve
 
dbAchieve is an eight-week introduction to a career at Deutsche Bank designed for students who are diverse (for example, students who identify as women, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQI, veterans, people with disabilities and those who may be diverse in other ways) and/or students who can show a commitment to diversity. Join us and we’ll pack your summer with training sessions, challenging work assignments and networking opportunities. To apply for this program you must be a Sophomore student. Successful interns will be invited back to join us again following their Junior year for our Deutsche Bank Internship Program.

The role
 
Our interns are given the opportunity to learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage. Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help our business grow and our customers achieve their financial goals. You will gain experience in different areas of our business and discover our market-leading solutions first hand.

Your qualifications

We are looking for bright minds with strong academic records that are passionate about helping clients meet their financial goals and navigating the investment landscape.
Are you in your sophomore year?
Have you already gained practical experience in banking or finance?
Do you have good language skills in English, German or French and ideally in an additional foreign language?
Do you have strong communication skills?
Would you describe yourself as innovative and engaging with a high level of emotional intelligence?

The salary package for this role will be competitive.
