Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-Time CRM Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for the customizing, maintaining, configuring and optimizing Fastenal's Microsoft Dynamic CRM platform. You will be performing the administration of CRM applications including maintaining access rules, simple UI Changes, settings, report design, and other CRM related administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Customizing, maintaining, configuring and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamic CRM platform
o Performing administration of the CRM system including maintaining access, rules, configurations, simple UI changes, settings, report design, and other CRM related administration
o Collaborating with core users to drive business processes and change management to support operational discipline

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess 2 years experience in CRM, software support or IT work experience
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Familiarity using Microsoft Dynamic CRM and SharePoint
o Prior technical support and/or help desk experience
