About dbAchieve:
dbAchieve is an eight-week introduction to a career at Deutsche Bank designed for students who are diverse (for example, students who identify as women, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQI, veterans, people with disabilities and those who may be diverse in other ways) and/or students who can show a commitment to diversity. Join us and we’ll pack your summer with training sessions, challenging work assignments and networking opportunities. To apply for this program you must be a Sophomore student. Successful interns will be invited back to join us again following their Junior year for our Deutsche Bank Internship Program.

The role
During the program you will gain a wide range of practical experience. You will also benefit from training courses, seminars and a variety of networking events. Successful candidates will be invited to join the exclusive DWS Summer Internship Program.
Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will support experienced professionals who develop products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain invaluable experience at the heart of a progressive business while being exposed to a broad range of areas, from fixed income, equity and foreign exchange, emerging markets, exchange traded funds, and alternative investments. While you can expect a high learning curve as you help manage high-value portfolios, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled global exposure.
