Credit Services Analyst

Altra is hiring a Full Time Credit Services Analyst to provide friendly, professional service and assistance to members having difficulty in making loan payments; communication with the members will be in person, by phone or through written correspondence. Analysts will process payments and conduct account updates, conduct research, perform account maintenance, and serve as a financial counselor for members in need.
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday; department hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility within those hours.
