Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Intern

What You Will Contribute:
 
The Recruiting Intern will train under the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to learn the full recruitment process which includes scoping the job requisition with a hiring manager, sourcing, screening, interviewing/assessment, and onboarding.
Manage full life-cycle recruitment for entry level positions while maintaining accurate documentation of all candidates, searches, and interactions to create a thorough, compliant, and legal process for applicant flow records in Workday. 

  • Assist on small projects or portions of larger projects, including assisting or driving process improvement initiatives
  • Helping schedule phone interviews and/or on-site interviews with candidates
  • Assisting in preparing for our Orientations, which may include employee file maintenance and creating and sending orientation materials
  • Assist in the Union Posting Process
  • Creation of weekly Job Posting Announcement and other potential communication
  • Assist with sporadic reporting efforts

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft products
