Account Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, self-starting individual who is looking to rapidly advance their career by overseeing the relationships with customers and preparation of monthly customer dashboards. As an Account Specialist, you will work manage the relationship with healthcare organizations and move data from their EHR’s onto our platform for purposes of reporting and compliance with CMS requirements as well as to support the health systems population health management initiatives.
 
Role and Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers and follow up with internal Team members to help answer customer questions and requests
  • Develop an understanding of the CMS programs and communicate effectively and in-depth with customers regarding the programs and associated requirements
  • Onboard new customers
  • Work with customers to obtain remote login instructions to their network or electronic health records (EHR) and other onboarding information
  • Extract data from customer EHRs
  • Process data with Health eFilings’ software and perform data validation as necessary
  • Communicate onboarding status to other team members and customers
  • Coordinate and prepare customer monthly reports and dashboards
  • Extract data from customer EHRs

  • Generate monthly reports and provide to implementation team or customer directly
  • Assist in analyzing monthly reports
