Daily Activities:

  • Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers calling into our customer service call center. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing accurate, up-to-date industry information.
  • At times you will also be collaborating with sales representatives and sales managers face to face to resolve issues or place customer orders.
  • This position will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls for follow up, and respond to emails as needed.
You will Need to Have: (Skills AND Requirements)

  • College degree preferred but will consider excellent experience combined with a High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
  • Call Center experience a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism.
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills - Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge of AS400 a plus, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Computer and Application Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and MS Outlook in particular)
  • AS400, EasyBev, On-Track working experience with all these platforms is a benefit but not required.
