ROLE SUMMARY
  • The program aspires to develop and retain the best talent by transitioning top-performing interns to the two-year Finance Development Program. The Pfizer Finance Development Program provides recent graduates real world experience, exposure to colleagues and functionalities, as well as technical and leadership development.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pfizer Finance provides strategic and operational support to the Global Commercial Pharmaceutical Organization, Worldwide Research & Development, Pfizer Global Supply, Business Development and other enabling functions. Within these organizations, we partner with various business units to manage overall financial performance through rigorous analytics and strategic planning.
  • The Pfizer Finance Undergraduate Rotational Program summer internship offers the following:
  • Meaningful projects to address current business needs
  • Financial analysis instruction and development
  • One-on-one support from assignment managers
  • Visibility to senior-level management
  • An instant Pfizer network

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Rising seniors in the summer of 2020 with an expected graduation of 2021
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field required. A GPA of 3.25 or higher is required
  • Strong organizational skills, capacity to quickly identify problems and create solutions
  • Demonstrated project management skills with high quality deliverables
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Adaptive and receptive to changing priorities and assignments
  • Competency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
