RN Neuro Trauma Int 6D - Springfield, MO - Sign-on

The Registered Nurse for Neuro Trauma Intermediate (PCU) 6D performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of St. Johns Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Current Incentives:
*Sign-On Bonus: 0-2 years of experience $5,000 for full-time only
     ADNs 2+ years exp. $5,000, 10+ years exp. $7,500
                             BSNs 2+ years exp. $10,000, 10+ years exp. $12,500
 *Additional Paid Time Off based on years of experience: full time only
      0-5 years 40 hours PTO/ 6+ years 80 hours PTO
*$2,500 Relocation Assistance             *restrictions apply

Position Qualifications:
  • We require a nursing degree from an accredited school.
  • You’ll also need a current RN license in our state.
  • Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals.
