Software Webinar Trainer
We are seeking new and recent graduates to develop and conduct training webinars and videos for customers who use our maintenance management software. Primary responsibilities include:
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of the maintenance management industry and FasTrak's maintenance management software products
- Representing FasTrak in a professional manner to customers and prospects
- Designing and developing training webinar content
- Conducting virtual training classes and webinars for customers and prospects
- Managing the training environment to facilitate the learning process and ensure a positive customer experience
- Writing training video scripts
- Recording and editing video and audio
- Publishing videos for viewing by the intended audience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- High level of responsiveness to others
- Ability to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge
- Aptitude for solving problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to meet daily deadlines
