For students pursuing an MBA expecting to graduate between December 2020 – June 2021, Adobe will be hiring for the following intern roles:
 
Product Marketing – Define target customer segments and conduct research and competitive analysis to support segmentation; while working cross-functionally to drive initiatives that support future product roadmap and releases.
 
Product Management – Drive strategic vision and product roadmap. You'll speak at conferences, train our broader teams, and visit with our customers to understand what they do and how we can help them do it better.
 
Strategy and Operations - Play a key role in leading strategic planning, business/risk assessments, and supporting day-to-day business operations. Also, you’ll be well-versed in conceptual problem-solving, driving insights from complex data, process definition and optimization, and program management.
 
Finance – Work on developing forecasting/analytic models, performance metric analyses, driving scalable reporting and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content.
 
Business Development - Work closely with Digital Media Partner leadership to develop and execute partnership strategies that support Digital Media product and marketing goals, including: user acquisition, retention & engagement, and revenue. 
 
Digital Strategy - Take part in strategy engagements for senior customers and work with Adobe consultants to develop your recommendations into live, compelling demos. Be part of a high performing team to develop insights and recommendations through data analysis, market and ethnographic research, design thinking, customer interviews, financial impact modeling and other techniques.
 
Corporate Strategy - Work with project teams to hack a key aspect of Adobe’s long-term growth, either via shaping a key partnership or driving exploration and execution of a new business initiative. Have an opportunity to interface directly with customers and partners externally as we work to shape Adobe’s future growth.
 
Customer Success Manager - Responsible for the partnership between Adobe and our Strategic clients, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment.
 
Partner Sales Manager - Responsible for the development and execution of the strategic plan that delivers preferred commitment and delivers tangible revenue to Adobe, the partner and the customer. Primary liaison between Adobe and the partner and assigned sales team on all partner relationship issues
 
Go to Market - Develop insights and recommendations through data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer and employee interviews, financial impact modeling and other techniques. Help the GTM Strategy team improve methodologies, mentoring others into the team, and eventually by leading engagements and business initiatives.
 
Marketing - Engage with prospects and customers across their lifecycle to drive awareness, interest and purchase of Adobe’s portfolio of products. Join one of our many expert marketing teams in areas such as campaign marketing, demand generation, field marketing or pipeline analytics.
 
Program Manager - Build project schedules, prepare milestones, work on problems with diverse scope, implement process improvements, identify and manage risks and effectively facilitate communication in a highly matrixed environment.
 
The challenge
As an MBA Intern at Adobe, you will serve as an integral member of the Adobe team. Your role will range from being the ultimate data expert to engaging with customers driving awareness, interest and purchase of Adobe’s portfolio of products. Or use research and competitive analysis defining target customer segments to building a strategic vision and product roadmap. You would work cross-functionally with our sales, consulting, marketing and engineering teams to understand the market and our customer needs and turn that knowledge into product innovation and added features for our customers.
 
What you need to succeed
MBA or a related degree is required
Highly collaborative, with the ability to lead cross-functionally through influence
Technically savvy, comfortable collaborating with and influencing product management and engineering teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgement
Proven verbal and written communication and social skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
Driven self-starter with a real passion for excellence
Superior modeling and presentation skills. You'll be sharing to large internal and external audiences
