Intern - Corporate Training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support continuing education administration
- Assist in course preparation for internal and external agent training
- Work with our Video and Online Training specialist to create/edit training videos
- Maintain a video repository in SharePoint
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:
- Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year degree program
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Initiative to frequently take on new challenges
PREFERRED:
- Experience editing or creating videos
- Knowledge of or interest in the insurance industry or pursuing a business degree
- Proficient at MS Office 2010 Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Access and/or programming experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior grammar and creative writing skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
