Intern - Corporate Training

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support continuing education administration
  • Assist in course preparation for internal and external agent training
  • Work with our Video and Online Training specialist to create/edit training videos
  • Maintain a video repository in SharePoint
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:
  • Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year degree program
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Initiative to frequently take on new challenges
PREFERRED:
  • Experience editing or creating videos
  • Knowledge of or interest in the insurance industry or pursuing a business degree
  • Proficient at MS Office 2010 Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Access and/or programming experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior grammar and creative writing skills
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
