Recruiting Assistant Internship

The Panaro Group LLC is a national outsourcing and consulting firm specializing in recruiting. Our boutique firm delivers a complete range of talent acquisition services to companies, including full life-cycle Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Retained Talent Search, Contingent Talent Search, Recruiting Project Management, Development of Recruitment Strategy and Organizational Development Consulting.

As a RECRUITING ASSISTANT you will work closely with our owner and recruiting teams contributing to the overall success of our recruiting projects. You'll be a direct and impactful presence in how our clients view our company and the value of our services.

Responsibilities:
·        Schedule and conduct time-sensitive phone interviews and document conversation
·        Call passive candidates to approach them with a new position. Persuade candidates to consider our open positions and compare them to their current position.
·        Manage and complete multiple administrative projects. This may include managing email accounts, marketing materials, sales support research, internal operations forms, spreadsheets, database entry and administration
·        Post jobs and notifications as needed. Manage master Google docs accounts and folders. Data entry into multiple spreadsheets and tracking sheets for our teams.
·        Source, identify and contact candidates for our open positions. Contact via email or phone as needed.
·        Schedule phone interviews and on-site interviews in Outlook
·        Update the applicant tracking system (Taleo, Zoho, iSIMS etc.) and databases. Run reports as needed. You will update and maintain all of our internal reports and databases as they pertain to our recruiting service
·        Support all recruiters working on multiple clients; doing whatever is asked of you to support the recruiting teams
·        Filing resumes on a regular basis
·        Office maintenance: opening the office, stock and clean the refrigerator, ordering office supplies and lunch

Qualifications

·        High School Graduate (Some HR, Business, Marketing or Finance college coursework preferred)
·        Comfortable on the phone interacting with candidates and recruiting teams
·        Proficient in Outlook e-mail, MS Word, Excel. Experience with ATS (applicant tracking systems) such as Taleo or Brassring is preferred
·        Have a strong sense of urgency to meet our clients’ and associates’ needs
·        Strong Typing skills- Must be able to type while on the phone
·        Strong business etiquette and professional demeanor. Able to carry yourself in a mature and positive manner. 
·        Must be able to hold information confidential
·        Our Recruiting Administrator needs to be high energy, have great people skills and a "natural" with customer service
·        Able to multitask with a smile and work well under pressure
