Oxford is looking for motivated individuation to work in our Beverly MA office. There is potential to make a great income ( base + commission)

As an Account Manager Associate, you will be in constant communication with new and current clients on prospective candidates, job needs, budget adjustments, and more. While this role involves a large amount of phone time and outbound email, our account managers find it extremely rewarding (personally and financially!) If you are an energetic, self-motivated, hard worker, you’ll develop an extremely rewarding sales career, with the potential to rapidly increase your income in just a few years.
 
Account Manager Responsibilities:
·        Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients
·        Be responsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale execution
·        Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
·        Collaborate with other Recruiters in order to find optimal candidate matches
·        Communicate over the phone with clients on a daily basis
 
Qualifications:
·        Work experience (0-3 years, from any industry, sales experience a plus)
·        Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
·        Self-motivated, high-energy personality
·        Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
·        College degree (AA/BA/BS) preferred
