Graphic Design Intern

We have a new opportunity in our Waukesha facility for a self-starter and motivated Graphic Design Intern. The Graphic Design Intern would fully embedded into the Marketing team to develop various prints, layout techniques and collaborate with ad agencies, web content specialist with graph design to impact and build brand equity.
Primary Responsibilities follow:
· Work closely with the Graphic Design team to create layouts for communications materials.
· Produce layout and design for marketing needs, across all media, including work on branding initiatives, logos, seasonal marketing campaigns and the development of complete national programs.
· Projects include print ads, sales materials, direct mail, promotional flyers, displays, signage, and other published materials.
· Assist in designing communications to support internal company needs in all other departments requiring design expertise.
· Assist in designing materials for Web-based advertising and marketing campaigns.
· Follow established workflow and processes.
· Assist with the development and maintenance of file management systems for all photography and existing projects both in work and completed.
· Work within established templates and brand look.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
· An available portfolio that demonstrates wide-ranging concept exploration, innovative solutions, a clear process and is visually appealing.
· Able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during breaks.
