Our client is an insurance company that has been providing service for over 100 years. They offer a variety of benefits for their employees.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide policyholders and potential policyholders with product and service information over the phone and through other forms of digital communication.

·        Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions

·        Communicate with customers via e-mail, mail and fax

·        Ensure customers have correct documentation and information needed to put policy in force and keep policy up to date

·        Provide follow- up and follow-through with customers

·        Participate in growth and retention of customers through customer contact by following guidelines

·        Any other duties/projects as needed

·        Must have 3+ months of customer service experience

·        Experience working in a call center is preferred

·        An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is plus

·        Computer savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly

·        Strong accurate typing skills

·        Basic skillset in MSWD, Excel and Outlook

·        Positive attitude and motivated

·        Customer focused and strong customer service skills

·        Must have professional phone speaking skills

·        Ability to talk on the phone and type at the same time

Hours: Training hours will be 6-8 weeks 8:00am – 4:30pm and after training Monday – Friday between 9:30am – 7:00pm, contact us for details

Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $14.50 / hr.
