WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accountant, you will handle all the bookkeeping work for their clients which are small to midsize companies.
· Enter invoices, pay bills, reconcile bank statements and credit cards as well as will work with balance sheets
· Prepare payroll for the clients, most are between 1-30 employees depending on the size of the company
· Work at client’s sites after comfortable in the role
· Assist with any other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
· Must have accounting/bookkeeping experience working with all different types of accounting tasks
· Any experience preparing tax returns is a plus
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus
· Must have strong QuickBooks experience, ideally 3+ years of working with the program
· Professional demeanor
· Flexible and easygoing personality
