Consulting Analyst (Data and Technology)

Candidates work on mission-critical projects and quickly learn on the projects, through formal training in peer groups, and by contributing to company strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications:
- Passion for solving problems in a collaborative team environment, balancing project work with company strategic initiatives and new business
- Three to four years of experience related to a consulting environment or the Government (i.e., performing analysis, making recommendations, solving problems, technology)
- Experience delivering on data analysis and/or information technology (IT) projects
- Strong leadership potential and outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to learn business skills
- Strong interest in homeland security balanced with a passion for business and growing a company
- Excellent work ethic in a dynamic and challenging environment, proven to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, ready to learn, and able to take on more responsibility quickly
- Technology savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools
- Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a fast-growth consulting firm, not just working on one project
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, minimum
- Clearance: US citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
