The OSHKOSH Menards is now looking to fill a Manager Trainee position! This program is an entry‐level management program preparing you to catapult a career in retail management with Menards. Manager Trainees (MT) participate in a comprehensive 3‐month on‐the‐job training program at the Oshkosh store location. MT's will rotate through five departments of the store, gaining knowledge and exposure, which will help in applying your management techniques. Upon successful completion of these five areas of the program, combined with a willingness to relocate, MT's can move on and take their first step into Management as an Assistant Department Manager.

- Work well in both independent and team atmospheres
- Ability to lift 10-50lbs throughout shifts
- Comfortable working on a ladder or use motorized equipment occasionally
- Ability to be on your feet for duration of shifts in order to complete tasks and assist guests
- Problem solving and creative innovation
- Comfortable using computers and office equipment
- High level of math and reading comprehension skill to recognize, identify, draft, analyze, and interpret store reports (ex. profit/loss statements, sales revenues, inventory, scheduling, etc.)
- Experienced working in the retail and/or service industries a plus
- Leadership/management experience a plus
MT's are normally required to work 40+ hours per week on a regular basis throughout the year. You must be available to work the hours dictated by the position’s daily schedule requirements.

Required education/experience:
- Bachelor's in a business field
OR
- Associates Degree plus 2 years work experience
OR
- 4 years of post high school work experience
