Co-Op - Mke Sustaining Engineering

Job Scope: 

As an Engineering Co-op, reporting to the Sustaining Engineering Manager, you will assist in the world class engineering of released Medical products. Your responsibilities will include the following: testing/troubleshooting, writing test protocols, creating and executing test setups, project management, and documentation support. You will be working side by side with experienced engineers. You will work in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment as well as gain knowledge of other disciplines that support a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be working on a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering and will work well in team environments.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand specification documents will be necessary. It is extremely important that the candidate have strong written and communication skills and be detail oriented. The ability to utilize test equipment and execute detailed test protocols is necessary. Multi-tasking under moderate pressure, willingness to learn new applications, working as both a team player and a self-motivated individual will be required.
