High-speed digital communication technologies continue to evolve in areas such as computing interfaces and data center infrastructure. As a member of a world-class technical support team in our KeysightCare Contact Center you will help Keysight's customers both select and utilize the right solutions for their digital test needs. Job Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following skills:
  • BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent plus 5 or more years applicable experience
  • Experience using bench top electronic test instruments such as: oscilloscopes, pulse generators, logic analyzers, bit error ratio testers, arbitrary waveform generators
  • Knowledge of physical layer digital data communications via applications such as ethernet, DDR, PCIe, USB, MIPI, HDMI, and/or DisplayPort
  • Preference for candidates with experience in testing digital communication signals including use of eye diagrams
  • Software or test automation skills that may include: .NET, C#, C++, VB, Python, LabView or VEE Pro
  • Clear written and verbal communications; able to explain technical subjects over the phone and through email
  • Sales and customer service skills
  • Independent learner who can stay up-to-date on products and technologies they are assigned
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in assisting multiple customers every day
