Account Manager

We are currently planning to add an Account Manager to join our successful team The Account Manager is responsible for selling and marketing Kinsa Group’s services and value to existing Clients, Prospects, and Target Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry as well as new and emerging companies in the industry.

What we need

· Experience with inside sales

· Proven ability to manage client relationships

What You’ll Do 
· New business development  
· Meet with clients through email and phone  
· Work with the team of recruiters to determine needs from clients  
· Manage accounts  
· Document conversations and important information  
· Maintain a high level of rapport with clients, staff and candidates 
· Develop and maintain recruiting relationships within the food and beverage community
