Marketing Development Trainee

This business to business sales opportunity can take you to the next level. You’ll start out in our 8 month extensive paid training program before you even make your first sales call. Your annual salary is $50,000 salary plus full benefits like: Pension, 401K, and Health Insurance while in the training program. After graduating from the training program you transition to take over an existing book of business within a protected territory. You’ll start with a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped new commissions. The average first year income was $130,000 and the average overall income was over $197,000 last year.
Federated Insurance is solely recommended by over 500 State and National Associations and Buying Groups such as Lennox, Bobcat, Yokohama, and Marathon Oil. Our marketing representatives work through the recommendations to access warm calls with specifically designed insurance programs and risk management services for their membership. We sell Property, Casualty, Auto, Workers Compensation, Life/Disability Income Insurance and help business owners with Estate Planning and Succession Planning. We are looking for one candidate from Northern IL to join our team and complete the training program.

- 4 year degree required
