HR Intern

Responsibilities
- Scanning files and documents to transition the department in to a paperless system
- Assist with recruiting process;coordinating interviews for hiring managers and HR, conducting phone screens and working in online applicant tracking system JazzHR
- Assist with new hire orientation; coordinating new hire orientation, scheduling meetings, processing and filing I-9 documentation
- Interoffice social postings on office intranet
- Collaboration with other departments for various initiatives
- Coordination of office activities, events and learning programs
- Additional projects as assigned
Minimal Requirements
- Obtaining a degree in a related field
- 0-1 year's experience in customer service or an internship
- Experience handling sensitive information a plus
- Office experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft office, Word, Excel
- Positive attitude, collaborative and team-conscious
