IT Intern

Under the leadership and direction of the IT Director, the IT Intern will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of technology information systems. This individual will assist with implementing specific technical needs to match with the progressive growth of the company.
Job Description:
Provide IT support to office operations, including some or all of the following tasks:
  • IT troubleshooting and answering IT questions.
  • Creating and uploading documentation to server-based and web-based platforms.
  • Backend web and email support.
  • Data entry and server-based storage maintenance
  • Server and Network Infrastructure maintenance and support
  • Answering phones and providing support as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Time Commitment: 15-20 hrs/wk
  • Coursework in Information Services, Desktop Support, Networking, or related coursework is desired but not required
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Six months to one year of experience in the Information Technology field and a desire to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary
Educational Benefits:
