HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Washington County, located in West Bend, Wisconsin currently has a great opportunity as a Human Resources Intern within the Human Resources Department. The HR Intern is a self-starter with the drive and detail oriented to provide human resources support. The position will support the HR team by performing a blend of day to day tasks such as employment, orientation, on-boarding, benefits as well as project work. This is an excellent oppotunity for a motivated college student who is looking for valuable Human Resources work experience
Qualified candidates must possess:
- High school diploma or GED
- Currently enrolled in a 4 year program in Business or Human Resources
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid communication and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Administrative, organization, customer service and project management skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong time management skills
- Starting hourly rate ranges from $10.00.
