Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative 135229

Our client specializes in the manufacturing of products for HVAC companies.

As an Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to sell the cloud-based energy management solutions to regional and national building owners and end users.

·        Document e-mails and all interactions with prospective and current clients within their system

·        Set up software demonstrations

·        Build strong relationships with contractors to grow the market and their territory

·        Prepare and submit sales proposals to prospective clients

·        Assist with any other duties as assigned

·        1+ years of outbound phone sales experience or sales experience where you had to develop new business and grow a territory

·        Any recent inside sales experience is preferred

·        Any HVAC experience is preferred

·        Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 

·        Bachelor’s degree is preferred

·        Basic skillset in MSWD, Excel and PowerPoint

·        Recent experience with CRM software

·        Any experience with Salesforce.com is a plus

·        Energetic, motivated and a self-starter

·        Strong phone presence and assertive to make sales over the phone

·        Must be comfortable sitting at a desk most of the day making outbound calls

·        Ability to adapt to change

·        Must be comfortable working in a predominantly male environment

·        Ability to be proactive, multitask and prioritize in a results-driven environment

·        Strong verbal/ written communication skills

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire possibly Direct Hire

Pay for the Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative: $43,500.00 / yr. + commission
