Management Trainee - Baltimore, MD

Rotational Training
Extensive training through all disciplines that allows participants to gain a thorough understanding of Operations, Sales, Administration, and Continuous Improvement.
Leadership Foundational Training
Participants will attend classes and conferences that will enhance their core competencies and leadership skills. Participants will be assigned a mentor to further assist in the development.
Cross-functional experiences
Have an opportunity to work on cross-functional business projects that directly impact and improve functional organization performance 
Key role details:
•Orientation: Gain an understanding and working knowledge of Stericycle culture, policies and procedures, Code of conduct, and overall Stericycle business divisions. 
•Transportation Rotation: Gain and understand all aspects of Driver/CSR experience. Work with Drivers/CSRs on their trucks. Customer interactions. AM/PM Check-in Process. Daily vehicle requirements and DOT regulations. Net Promoter Scores and On-time reports. Work with Transportation Manager/Supervisor/Dispatch. Safety/Security 
•CE/OA/CI Administration Rotation: Gain knowledge and understanding of the paperwork flow, Federal/State/Local regulations, Impact of Transportation and Plant on billing/reporting, Work with Regional Business Accountant. Work with CE and CI Teams and Safety/Security/ Compliance on cross-functional initiatives and projects. 
•Sales Rotation: Gain knowledge and understanding of the following: Consultative Selling process and techniques, new account onboarding and installation, familiarity with all products and how to present those to customers, how to phone block and cold call, sales key performance indicators, and exposure to hands on selling in the field. 
•Plant Rotation: Hands-on understanding of inputs/outputs for HCS/SMS processing and document destruction businesses. Understand process flow and ways to impact and improve, Leadership training: responsible for a small team. Understand system reporting functions.

Position Requirements:

•Must have undergraduate four year degree from an accredited college or university 
•Business degree preferred 
•Excellent interpersonal skills 
•Excellent communication skills 
•Ability to multi-task within a team environment 
•Willingness to work the necessary hours to achieve the required results 
•Strong motivation to succeed 
•Ability to use computer hardware and software such as Microsoft Office 
•Ability to move geographically during or after the program is preferred
