Job Locations: Stevens Point, WI - Bloomington, IL - Irving, TX
Skyward is looking for Full Time Consultants who will provide professional and superior customer support, product implementation, and product consulting to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Individual is professional and projects an energetic attitude, while working in a fast-paced, continuously growing industry.
This isn't a typical customer service/call center position. Our Consultants work one on one with customers to provide on-site & WebEx training and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers through voice, electronic means, and in person.
- Individuals design and formulate appropriate solutions, direct system set-up, and recommend procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have strong work ethic and be able to work both in team and solo environments
