Responsible for the accurate reporting and movement of material flow. This position will be very hands-on and involves working in a production and office environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform daily quick response quality control checks to meet standards of Valeo’s BTT. - Oversee the flow and storage of finished goods to ensure on time shipments - Proactively balance inventory to manage short-term space utilization - Assist MPS analyst with production scheduling - Work closely with team members on material flow - Ensure proper visual storage in-line with customer demand - Complete daily shipment changes using SAP in cooperation with GM, Ford, and Mercedes. - Create trucks using SAP with proper part numbers and quantities in compliance with customer requirements. - Provide the daily production plan to each of the assembly lines in manufacturing in compliance to the Build to Truck (BTT) system. - Assist in inventory accuracy to ensure the precision of the daily production plan - Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
