Front Desk Supervisor
The Middleton Residence Inn is searching for a full time Front Desk Supervisor!

Our friendly Front Desk Supervisors provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a dedicated front desk staff
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs
- Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the hotel brand
- Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests
- Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
- Ensure safety and security of the hotel, staff and guests

- Ability to work flexible hours to include morning, afternoon and evening shifts during the week and on the weekends
